Job Description:
Job Title: Associate Mapping Specialist GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide mapping assistance and testing under leadership of a supervisor or Senior Mapping Specialist. Respond to customer problems and questions within guidelines for customer support. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for all services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide mapping and support activities on GENTRAN (http://www.sterlingcommerce.com/products/integration/gentran/) products for customers.
• Provide product support for existing customer base.
• Interact with Labs, support, technical writing personnel and more knowledgeable mapping specialists as required.
• Customer contact to identify customer problems and needs.
• Continue education/training.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Independent thinking skills and self-direction. Ability to determine priorities and organize tasks. Assist in the quality assurance process, as required, to improve product quality and to assist implementation of high quality product features and functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BSc (Computer Science) or BCA graduate - 2009 passouts only
