Desired Candidate Profile
- Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.
- Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
- Resolving the problem Remotely throughnet meeting and also telephonic support
- Preparing daily and monthly reports
- Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
