Requisites:
Ø4- 6 years of experience - working on Java/J2EE technologies.
ØCompetency in JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, XML - Competency in using any IDE (Eclipse/Net beans)
ØExcellent interpersonal and communications skills required for working effectively in a multicultural environment.
ØExcellent organizational skills, ability to lead and manage teams and complete assignments on time and under defined constraints
ØAbility to make effective decisions and give clear direction
ØEffective leadership and working relationships established with peers, subordinates and functional managers conducted in a highly collaborative manner
ØAll assigned tasks to be performed with diligent attention to detail to ensure viability and success of each project or task undertaken
ØPost Graduate, Graduate with Degree in Computer Science or related subject (desirable)
