Job Description:
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: Creation, maintain and management of NSN Tools & Applications to enable CSSC to delight its customers.
IT File administration/ documentation management and Testing.
Tool administration and end user Helpdesk.
Take on in-house tool development/ enhancement activities.
Coordinate with vendors/NSN-IT for tasks related to business continuity.
Handle Knowledge Management tools
Desired Profile:
Requirements: IT tools and systems knowledge and specifically for knowledge management.
Modern IT tools and systems creation techniques
Advanced implementer of mySQL, PHP and Excel Macros.
System Testing Capabilities.
Knowledge of Knowledge Management Tool development (added advantage)
Personal Attributes: Energy, drive and willingness to innovate.
Flair to work in tight timelines and in pressure situations.
Fluent in English
Microsoft tool proficiency
Willingness to Re-Locate to Delhi/NCR – India and work in extended flexible timings.
Calm persona, enthusiasm to share knowledge.
