Desired Candidate Profile :
Domain Skills:-
•Development of Java Based Server Application using Java, JMS, JBoss, Postgres, MySQL database.
•As a part of team, design, develop and implement high performance Java Based SOA server application.
Technical Skills:-
•Must have knowledge of full SDLC
•Must have knowledge of threading and thread management space that includes managing of Servers, Networks, Storage, and Virtualization
•Experience with OOPS design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE including Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, EJB, JMS, RMI, JDBC
•Knowledge of Design Patterns
•Understanding of memory issues such as JVM Garbage Collections concept is required
•Strong Knowledge of XML Processing such as DOM, SAX is required
•DBMS & RDBMS experience is strongly desired
•Proficiency with ANT, and SVN or CVS is required
•XML and related technologies such as XSD, JAXB, XSLT, etc
•Java EE related experience such as EJB, Spring, Hibernate
•Experience with SNMP, JMX, SOAP, REST is required
•Must have experience with Open Source framework & tools
•Must have mastery of Enterprise SOA Concepts: ESB, BPEL, Messaging, BAM, UDDI, Rules, Canonical Message Formats, BPMN, ETL, Workflow and WS
•Strong Communication Skills
•Good Technical infrastructure performance modeling and benchmarking skills
